Reiki

Reiki is an old Japanese technique for stress management and well being.  It is a gentle yet specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.”The intention of a reiki treatment is to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance. It provides relaxation, relieves anxiety, stimulates the immune system, releases toxins or energy blocks and promotes healing.

Reiki is a great tool for stress reduction and relaxation. Many people use Reiki for wellness. Reiki is not a cure for a disease or illness, but it may assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing. Reiki is a great tool to use as a complement to traditional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings. It is not affiliated with any religious practice and practiced in every country of the world.

Some examples of conditions that might benefit from Reiki include: headaches, migraines, depression, chronic pain, stress, adrenal fatigue, anxiety and grief. Reiki does not replace Western Medicine or Counseling but is a great complementary modality for a wellness or health program.

Usui Reiki:

Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Developed by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk, it is a holistic practice that aims to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit by transferring and channeling universal life force energy through the hands of a trained practitioner. The practice involves the transfer of this energy through a series of gentle, non-invasive touch or hovering techniques, often accompanied by meditation, visualization, and breathing exercises. The goal of Usui Reiki is to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being, as well as spiritual growth and self-awareness.

Ryoho Reiki:

Ryoho Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing that aims to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit by transferring universal life force energy through the hands of a certified practitioner. Developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, Reiki involves a gentle, non-invasive touch or light touch on specific positions on the body, which is believed to awaken the body's natural healing processes and restore balance to the body's energy fields. The practice is based on the principles of compassion, respect, and gratitude, and is often used to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall physical and emotional well-being.

Karuna Ki Reiki:

Compassion Reiki, also known as Karuna Reiki, is a spiritual healing modality that combines traditional Reiki techniques with the principles of compassion and loving-kindness. Developed by William Lee Rand, Karuna Reiki is a powerful and gentle system that focuses on awakening and balancing the heart chakra, promoting emotional healing, and fostering a deeper sense of compassion and understanding for oneself and others. Through the use of specific symbols, prayers, and meditation techniques, Karuna Reiki practitioners aim to channel and transmit the energy of compassion to themselves, others, and the world, promoting inner peace, harmony, and spiritual growth.

Quantum Reiki:

Quantum Reiki is a modern, spiritual healing modality that combines the principles of Reiki, a traditional Japanese energy healing technique, with the principles of quantum physics and consciousness. It aims to facilitate deep relaxation, balance, and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit by accessing and aligning the individual's energetic fields with the universal quantum field. This is achieved through a gentle, non-invasive touch or distance healing, which is believed to restore balance to the body's energy centers, calm the mind, and promote spiritual growth and self-awareness.

NonTraditional Reiki:

Non-traditional Reiki is an approach that deviates from the traditional Japanese Reiki techniques and principles, often incorporating elements of modern Western spirituality and energy healing. It may involve the use of crystals, essential oils, and other modalities to enhance the Reiki energy, as well as the integration of other forms of energy healing, such as sound healing, acupuncture, and magnet therapy. Non-traditional Reiki practitioners may also emphasize the use of intuition and personal connection with the client, rather than strict adherence to traditional techniques and protocols. This approach can be seen as a fusion of Eastern and Western energy healing practices, offering a more eclectic and adaptable form of Reiki.

Angelic Reiki:

Angelic Reiki is a spiritual healing modality that combines traditional Reiki energy with the guidance of angels and other ascended beings. It is a powerful and gentle form of energy healing that aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit by channeling the loving and compassionate energy of the angels. During an Angel Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a bridge between the client and the angelic realm, allowing the client to receive divine guidance, comfort, and healing. This modality is often used for emotional healing, stress relief, and spiritual growth, and is believed to promote feelings of peace, calmness, and inner connection to one's higher self.

Crystal Reiki:

Crystal Reiki is a form of energy healing that combines the principles of Reiki, a Japanese technique for channeling and balancing universal life force energy, with the properties of crystals and gemstones. In a Crystal Reiki session, the practitioner uses their hands to transmit Reiki energy to the client's body, while simultaneously placing crystals and gemstones on specific locations or areas of the body. The crystals and gemstones are believed to amplify and direct the Reiki energy, helping to balance and harmonize the client's energy fields, calm the mind, and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Violet Flame Reiki:

Violet Flame Reiki is a spiritual practice that combines the principles of Reiki, a form of energy healing, with the sacred flame of the Violet Flame. This powerful energy is believed to purify and transmute negative thoughts, emotions, and energies, allowing for a deep sense of inner peace, balance, and harmony. The Violet Flame is said to emanate from the heart of the universe, and is associated with the divine presence of God, symbolizing unconditional love, compassion, and forgiveness. When used in a Reiki treatment, the Violet Flame is believed to amplify the healing energy, promoting spiritual growth, soul awareness, and a deeper connection to one's higher self.

Reiki of the Seven Rays:

Reiki of the Seven Rays is a spiritual practice that combines the principles of Reiki, a form of energy healing, with the teachings of the Seven Rays, a esoteric concept that describes seven different streams of spiritual energy. Each ray is associated with a specific color, sound, and vibrational frequency, and is believed to influence various aspects of human consciousness and personality. The practice involves using Reiki techniques to access and channel these rays, allowing individuals to align their energy with their higher selves and promote spiritual growth, healing, and self-actualization.
